The Master in Educational Management and Leadership: Direction of Training Companies trains those who want to create and successfully run their own training company. It prepares you to manage and lead a team of people, with the capacity to bring strategic vision and drive change within the organisation. It is also the programme through which the network trains those who run its centres, which is why it appears here and not among the courses in the catalogue.

Three defining characteristics

Participants acquire a strategic vision of the organisation: their training points towards management positions, not merely technical ones.

The contents are designed around the present and future needs of training companies, where human capital is central to the essence of the business, to its culture and to its outward projection. The ability to generate and qualify contacts is fundamental in an environment that changes fast.

The Master also incorporates the use of new technologies and of the digital tools that are now part of running a company.

Four semesters

The first semester lays the commercial and training foundations: generating and qualifying contacts, commercial skills, public speaking, delivering individual courses and event logistics.

The second widens the focus to relationships: negotiation, group courses and client management. The third consolidates the above and adds networking and advanced business development. The fourth centres on the business dimension — sales teams, client portfolio, administrative skills — up to overall responsibility for people, processes and results.

Personal brand and mindset run across all four stages.

Methodology and support

Classes alternate between in-person and live online, with practical exercises, business cases and simulations inspired by real situations, supported by digital learning resources.

Each participant has a personal tutor from the start, group coaching and individual feedback. Exams take place at the end of each semester, in person and online. The nominal duration is 2 years, extendable to 36 months if a semester is repeated.

Who it is for and where it leads

Students, professionals and entrepreneurs who want to develop the skills needed to create and manage a training company.

The skills it develops — strategy, human resources, client acquisition and management — serve both to set up a business of your own and to take on responsibilities in a company in the sector: head of client acquisition, sales manager, human resources manager or head of production.

Direction

The Master is directed by Massimo De Donno and Giacomo Navone. The teaching staff is made up of working professionals and managers from the training sector.
