A method is built in a few weeks and maintained over years. LEARNIS Mind does the building: it works on how a person reads, understands, organises and recalls, until the way they study is theirs rather than borrowed. Academy Ambassador covers what comes next. It is the Academy addressed to former Mind participants, run locally by the centre where they trained. This page describes it at group level: what it is, how it works, and where to find the version that runs in each country.

Who it is for

People who want to get more involved directly with Learnis and its career paths. The Ambassador Academy is for people who want to become ambassadors of Learnis: glad to make what the group does known to as many people as possible, starting with their own circle and going as far as taking part in awareness campaigns at local, national and international level. It is what the programme is built around.

How a session works

Sessions are held periodically at the local LEARNIS Centre, usually where the person did a Learnis immersive course, and are organised by the person who runs that centre. Each session starts from a method or a skill, often deepened in the Learnis Magazine or in one Learnis immersive courses. Each one is dedicated to a single skill, worked on through direct teaching and practical exercises rather than covered in an overview. Meeting in the same room as other former participants is part of the design: the examples people bring are recognisable to everyone present, which is not true of a general audience.

The value of in person attending

If LEARNIS immersive courses build the foundations for true transformation, Academy Ambassador is what keeps it in use: a regular context for practice, close to home, with people who started from the same place. Everything here strengthens the method — it gives it occasions to be used on something other than an exam.

How access works

Access requires a subscription to LEARNIS Magazine, the group's publication. The same subscription opens all the Academy programmes, not only this one. What the subscription costs depends on the country, and the page for LEARNIS Magazine sets it out.

Where it runs

Academy Ambassador is organised locally, centre by centre, so the calendar and the arrangements belong to each country and each centre rather than to the group. The national Academy or each local center page carries the details.
