What we guarantee, and what we do not

A guarantee is only worth what happens when someone tries to use it. This page is about that part.

This page sets out what the guarantee covers, who you talk to when it does not, how long that takes, and which body looks at the case if the answer does not satisfy you. It also lists what is deliberately not guaranteed.

There is a refund, and it has terms

Enrolment carries a guarantee with a refund attached. Its conditions — what triggers it, within what period, and what is covered — are set out in the enrolment contract you sign, and the Learnis organisation in your country will give you the text before you commit to anything.

The group's own Code of Conduct adds a duty on the people applying it: where a refund is due, whoever handles it is required to move as fast as possible.

The commitment that costs us the most

An instructor undertakes not to enrol someone they are objectively unable to help, whatever that enrolment is worth. It is a commitment that costs money to keep, and one an outsider can check: if somebody was signed up who should have been told to go elsewhere, that is a breach, and the procedure below applies to it.

If something goes wrong, this is what happens

You raise it with customer care first, through any channel — the dedicated one, an email, or a conversation in the centre. The Code requires that a complaint be taken up promptly and worked through to a solution both sides accept.

Two bodies sit above it. The Ethics Committee, made up of professionals from outside the organisation, oversees whether customer care actually works and examines cases the ordinary channels have failed to resolve. The HR Team, independent of the boards, handles breaches of the Code by anyone working in the network: it opens the case in writing, gives the person seven days to answer, and must close the procedure within thirty days of that answer.

Reports of a breach go in writing to aiutaciamigliorare@genioin21giorni.it. Whoever makes one is protected against retaliation, and their identity is kept confidential except where the law requires otherwise.

What we do not guarantee

A grade. A timeframe. A result. Those depend on the person doing the work, and cannot be promised in advance.

What is guaranteed is the method, the conditions in which it is delivered, and the conduct of the people delivering it.

The profile the path starts from

The path uses AMOS, a published profiling battery, to describe in depth how a person studies today and which cognitive styles prevail. The profile is shared with the participant: it is their information, and it is what the work is built on.

In short

  • A refund guarantee applies to enrolment; the terms are in the contract, and you get the text before you sign.
  • An instructor must refuse an enrolment they cannot honestly help — whatever the fee.
  • Complaints are taken up by customer care, and cannot simply be left.
  • An external Ethics Committee reviews the cases customer care did not resolve.
  • Breaches of the Code are handled by an independent HR Team: seven days to reply, thirty to conclude.
  • Whoever reports something is protected from retaliation, and their identity is kept confidential.
  • No grade, no timeframe and no result is guaranteed, by anyone, ever.

The rules this page rests on

The Code of Ethics and the instructors' Code of Conduct are the documents behind everything above.
