One Academy, many paths to attend it

A central online programme, an in-person Ambassador path, and three thematic paths built around the role of the people in the room.

LEARNIS Academy is a continuing space in which transferable skills can be understood, practised and consolidated over time. The name covers both the whole range of programmes and the central Academy at its base: an online programme, one for each country, with free attendance and sessions held weekly or fortnightly. Its contents are close to those of the other programmes, but tied more directly to the courses and programmes — the theoretical and methodological side, with deepening and spaced repetition. To date it has been activated in Italy only. Alongside it run the Ambassador Academy — in person, delivered by the individual centres, aimed at starting an internal career and becoming an ambassador of the brand, with practical exercises and techniques already applied in the field — and three thematic programmes addressed to specific categories: parents, teachers and professionals. All of them are optional, and attending one never excludes attending another.

What a session actually looks like

A session is not a lecture with questions at the end. It alternates four things: content, an exercise that puts the content under load, discussion with people in the same role, and an agreement about what to try before the next one. The cycle matters more than any single session, because the interesting part happens in between — in the week where the thing you decided to try does not work as described. That is the material the next session starts from.

One subscription, the whole Academy

Access to the Academy content comes through a subscription to LEARNIS Magazine, the group's publication. The subscription page sets out what it includes and what it costs in your country.
