Working with Learnis
Two routes in: joining a center as a trainer, or being trained to run one.
The network grows through people who deliver the paths and people who run the centres, and both are trained rather than recruited ready-made. That training is a two-year programme, and it is published rather than kept internal so that anyone judging the group can see how the people in front of a classroom got there. If you are interested in either route, the contact page reaches the organisation in your country.
What the group looks for
The technical part can be taught. What cannot is the willingness to tell someone that this is not the right path for them — which the code of conduct requires, and which costs the fee of every person turned away.
That is the single clearest thing to know before applying: the commitment is written down, and people are held to it.
