The magazine comes from a straightforward observation: education that stops at the end of a course stops working shortly afterwards. Continuing to read, meeting perspectives that are not your own and encountering what happened to other people keeps the process open — and turns new material into something you might reflect on and then use.
Each issue runs to more than a hundred pages, with no advertising anywhere in it. Inside: articles by trainers and specialists, pieces on how learning works, instruments for developing personal and professional abilities, and interviews with entrepreneurs and professionals.

In Italy it is €39 a month, which also covers the accompanying monographic manual. In Spain it is €30 a month. In the United States it is not yet available.
