The United States network works online, so there is no counter to walk into — this is the way in. Dates, formats and enrolment are handled by the US organisation.

Which paths are running, in what format, and how enrolment works. Because the network here is online, a path is available wherever you are.
If you have a complaint
The ethics committee that operates in Italy and Spain is still being set up here; until it is, complaints from the United States are handled by the group. How the process works is set out on the Corporate Ethics page.
What we cannot answer from here
Anything that depends on an enrolment already under way — payments, scheduling, or a change to a booking. Those are handled by whoever you enrolled with, and going through them is faster than going through us.
Before you write
- Say which path you are asking about, or describe what you are trying to change: it gets you a faster and more useful answer.
- Dates, formats and fees are set by the US organisation. Anything you read elsewhere on this site describes the group, not the current US calendar.
- If you are enquiring on behalf of a school, a company or a group, say so here — those requests follow a different route.
