The Master in “Management and Leadership in the Education Sector: Direction and Management of Training Companies” is the programme through which the network trains those who run its centres, and it is also open to people from outside who want to build a training company of their own. It lasts two years, extendable to thirty-six months if a semester is repeated. It is directed by Massimo De Donno and Giacomo Navone.

How it is organised

Four semesters in progression: commercial and training foundations, relationships and negotiation, business development and networking, company direction. Personal brand and mindset run through all four phases.

Classes in person and live online, practical exercises, business cases and simulations. Exams at the end of each semester.

The support

Every participant has a dedicated personal tutor from the start, group coaching and individual feedback, along with moments of exchange with the other participants.

Who it is for

Students, professionals and entrepreneurs who want to create and manage a training company. The skills developed — strategy, human resources, client acquisition and management — apply both to starting a business of your own and to positions of responsibility in companies in the sector.

Why it is published

Knowing how the people who run a centre are trained is part of being able to judge the group. That is why the programme is described here rather than kept internal.
