Everything the group can do for a family

Most parents arrive here after a period of arguing about homework, hoping someone else will take the problem away. What Learnis offers is a method your child learns to use — a different thing, and a more durable one.

What we can give a young person are instruments they were never taught: how to read something difficult, how to organise it, how to get it back out under pressure, and how to notice which of those steps is going wrong. That is LEARNIS Mind, and it is the reason most families arrive here. What we do not promise is a grade, a timeframe, or that your child will want to do it. That last point is the condition. A method changes what is possible, not what someone decides to do. So bring them to a free presentation and let them judge: if they say no, that is a real answer. The rest of what the group offers may fit better. There is a short course on using artificial intelligence to study, which a parent attends alongside a child under sixteen. There is a continuing programme for parents inside LEARNIS Academy — one of four, the others being for teachers, professionals and former Mind participants. And there is LEARNIS ONE: four residential days for an adult, on how you handle what you feel and how you are with the people around you.
