Learnis is an education group that develops Transformative Education programmes. The aim is to help people build involving learning experiences in which what is learned can be understood, tried out, practised and progressively carried into real situations.

Programmes differ by objective, audience and format, and cover learning skills, personal development, professional skills and continuing education. Each one has its own page with the programme, who it is for, how it runs and how to take part.

Learnis is the new masterbrand that brings together the experience, research and training built up over the years inside the Genio ecosystem. Genio Net is the network the group originated from and remains the legal entity in Italy. The course previously known as Genio in 21 Giorni is now LEARNIS Mind: the work on a personalised study method and on strategic learning is unchanged, inside a broader educational project.

Each programme exists to work on different needs and different skills, and each page sets out objectives, structure and audience. If reading them does not settle it, get in touch with a Learnis Associate who can talk it through with you according to your actual needs and situation.

For Learnis, training is transformative when what is learned does not stay theoretical knowledge but gradually enters the way a person understands, chooses and acts. That is why the programmes combine, in different proportions, content, application, exercises, discussion, feedback and time to rework what happened, in a safe environment and with the possibility to compare your results with a group of peers.

Understanding a skill and being able to use it are not the same thing. Where the programme allows for it, teaching is accompanied by exercises, simulations, activities, tutoring or discussion — occasions to put what is being learned under load and see how it behaves in a concrete situation.

No, and the degree of personalisation varies. In LEARNIS Mind, for instance, the study method is built around the individual characteristics of the student and combines profiling, tutoring and work on their own material. Other programmes use different formats, according to the skills they set out to develop.

On more than twenty years of work in learning and training, and on what has been developed over that time around metacognition, self-regulation, personalisation and the transfer of skills. Research has also been carried out and collaborations built with researchers and scientific institutions. The page on research and evidence sets out what those studies do and do not show.

The methodological work now brought together in Learnis includes work developed over the years by CNR-IRPI researchers together with the SaperCapire team, on the processes of comprehension and learning. The Learning Fundamentals come out of that work and are now part of LEARNIS Mind. The dedicated page describes this important relationship more in detail.

Exercises in applied metacognition. They train the cognitive operations involved in understanding something: defining a concept, identifying what is essential to it, producing examples, looking at it from other angles, and restating it in your own words. They are now part of the LEARNIS Mind programme.

Trainers and tutors trained inside the network, on the method they teach. Roles and the kind of support provided vary from one programme to the next, and the page for each one says which apply. Where a programme provides for it, professionals with psychological or psychotherapeutic expertise are involved alongside them.

No. The programmes are delivered through a network of independent training companies. Each Learnis Centre is run autonomously and is connected to the network through shared standards, licensed use of the brands and method, and national coordination — Genio Net in Italy, the corresponding organisations in Spain and the United States. What is common is the method, the training of the people and the quality standards; the business is local.

It depends on the programme. Some run in person at Learnis Centres, others online, others combine the two. The page for each programme states the format, and the list of centres shows where the in-person ones are held.

The price depends on the programme, on what is included and on the format. Terms are communicated before enrolment, together with what the fee covers. For a specific course, the page for that course or a direct enquiry will give you the figure.

Yes, with some professional associations and trade organisations, signed over the years by each national network in its own country. Each agreement applies under the terms set with that organisation, and the Partnerships page lists the ones in force.

Withdrawal, cancellation and changes to an enrolment follow the contractual terms that apply to that programme. Those terms are provided before you enrol, and they are worth reading: they carry the deadlines and the procedure.

The consent and authorisation procedures that apply to minors are followed in every case. What is required depends on the programme, and it is communicated to the family before enrolment.

Usually not. Some programmes can be joined directly; others are reserved for people who have already completed a particular one. Where a prerequisite exists, the page for that programme states it.

Learnis takes the view that a testimonial should be presented transparently and traceable to the real experience of the person who chose to share it. Where testimonials are published, the page carrying them explains how they were collected and how they are handled.

Yes. It sets out the principles, responsibilities and rules of conduct for the people and organisations working within Learnis, and an Ethics Committee oversees how it is applied. The Governance and Ethics section carries both.

There are dedicated channels for assistance, complaints and reports. Communications are handled through set procedures, with attention to establishing the facts and to protecting the people involved.

A Learnis Centre is a learning centre: the place where the in-person programmes are held, run by a local company within the network. Older materials sometimes call these places branches, offices or venues; the current name is Learnis Centre. In the new naming, «head office» refers only to a country's central organisation, not to the centres.
