The distance between capable people and what they deliver

Two ways in: a programme, or a training structure of your own.

Most organisations do not have a talent problem. They have a gap between what their people could do and what the day actually gets out of them.

Where the gap usually is

Most companies have intelligent, well-prepared, capable people. Between that potential and the value produced on an ordinary Tuesday there is often a distance, and it is rarely a distance of competence. Someone can be technically excellent and communicate badly. Someone can be willing and never quite autonomous. Someone can know their job and still stop short of taking full responsibility for it. This is the distance the path works on: helping people build a professional identity that is more responsible, more autonomous and more oriented to what they can really contribute.

We look before we propose

Nothing is proposed before something is looked at. The first step identifies where the organisation is losing energy — responsibilities nobody has taken, communication that does not carry, time managed badly, feedback that never happens — and the path is then built on what was found rather than on a catalogue.

How the work is organised

1

Alignment at the top

Agreeing with the leadership which principles, values and behaviours are actually expected.

2

Look first

Finding where the organisation loses energy, before proposing anything.

3

A path built for this company

Sessions, workshops on real cases, applied exercises and individual conversations.

4

Accompaniment

Support while people apply it in their own role, which is where training usually dies.

The code of ethics that binds every centre is published, and an independent Ethics Committee sits above the structure. What the guarantee covers is set out on the Guarantee page.

What companies ask us

Which areas does the path work on?

Four. Strategic order: clarity about roles and priorities, the difference between being effective and being efficient, an organisation chart that matches reality — so that standards rise without the working day getting longer. Mind maps: graphic representation of thinking, applied with method to meetings, business plans, projects and planning. Time and stress: keeping focus, and reducing the overload that eats the rest. Effective communication: setting out an idea clearly and building professional relationships that survive disagreement, which removes a surprising share of everyday error.

Is this a course or a project?

A project. It begins with alignment at the top and a close look at how the organisation actually works, and the content follows from what those find. Sessions and workshops are part of it, but so is the accompaniment afterwards — because the point at which most corporate training stops working is the Monday when people go back to their own job.

Who is it for?

Companies. In practice: entrepreneurs who want to delegate with more confidence, managers who need to grow into leading people rather than tasks, and any part of an organisation where the gap between what people can do and what they do is visible to everyone and named by nobody.

What are you not promising?

A number would require knowing your organisation before having looked at it. What the work aims at is behaviour — how responsibility is taken, how people communicate, how time is used — because that is what a result is made of. Whether it changes is something you will be able to see for yourself.

Where do the modules come from?

Some of them developed from previous and long-established programs of the group aimed at individuals rather than organizations, and they are applied here in a company context — which changes what is worked on and how it is assessed, not the underlying technique. The rest are specific to this path.

Who delivers the in-company path?

In Italy, LEARNIS Talent Lab runs in partnership with Talent Management, alongside the group's own trainers. The arrangement differs by country, and the people who would actually work with you are named before anything is agreed — which is a fair thing to ask of any supplier, and worth asking of us too.
