Rules, bodies, agreements and projects — the part of an organisation that is easiest to describe vaguely, set out here in full.
An education company asks people to trust it with something that matters: a decision about studying, a child's difficulty, a professional turning point. What follows is the formal side of that — the code that applies, the bodies that enforce it, and what the group does with the agreements and the projects it takes on. It is written to be checked. Where something is still being built, it says so.

Why publish any of this
These pages publish the rules, name who enforces them and state what happens when they are broken. A rule published in that form can be used against the organisation by anyone who thinks it has been broken. That is what the section is built on.
Something to report?
Complaints that the ordinary channels have not resolved are examined by a committee outside the organisation.
